At a recent meeting of the City Council of the City of Fitchburg, the council voted a shift factor of 124. The Fiscal Year 2012 tax rate was been certified by the Department of Revenue's Bureau of Accounts. For Fiscal Year 2012 the Residential Rate is $17.62, the Commercial, Industrial and Personal Property Rate is $23.32.

Fiscal 2012 Actual tax bills have been mailed, payment can be made online.
