Chair Yoga w/ Vicki Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. Benefits of chair yoga include improved flexibility, better concentration, & increased strength.

Open to any current member of the Fitchburg Senior Center (membership is free and open to anyone over the age of 60).
