COVID vaccination (Pfizer) will be available at the Fitchburg Public Schools on Tuesday, August August 3rd at Fitchburg High from 9-11AM (140 Arn-How Farm Rd) , South St. Elementary from 12:00 to 2:30 (376 South St.) and at Memorial Middle School from 3PM to :5:30PM. The Public is welcome!
Are you or someone you know what a vaccination but are homebound or unable to attend a vaccination clinic?
Individuals can call (833) 983-0485 to register for an in-home vaccination. The registration phone line is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and has representatives who speak English and Spanish, as well as translation services available in 100+ languages.

COVID-19 Vaccination Plans and updates (NEW!) :
The City of Fitchburg Health Department (FHD) is following the Massachusetts Department of Public Health's (DPH) Vaccination Program and receives vaccine deliveries directly from DPH. Click the link below to access the plan details:
In January the FHD teamed with 10 communities of the Montachusett Public Health Network (MPHN) and arranged 4 COVID clinics for First Responders open to 10 cities and towns. 800 First responders were vaccinated during the week of January 11, 2021. FHD also led the charge in conducting 2nd dose clinics for first responders and conducted a drive-thru clinic at the Fitchburg Fire Dept. on North Street.
The FHD conducted first and second dose clinics in our housing facilities. 1st and 2nd dose clinics were held at Wallace Towers, CJ Durkin apts. at 50 Day St., and Anwelt Heritage Apts. The FHD has also conducted several clinics at the Fitchburg Senior Center and the Mall at Whitney Field in Leominster vaccinating our 75+, 65+, 55+, folks with co-morbidities, health care workers and teachers according to DPH vaccination plans.
FHD has also partnered with MOC to conduct several clinics targeted at our hard to reach folks as part of the 20 hardest hit communities initiative equity vaccinations as directed by DPH. FHD is now vaccinating in our schools, 16-18 year old students and their families FHD and have partnered with Yankee Line to conduct mobile clinics at the New Life Spanish Church at 63 Fairmount Street and will be conducting mobile clinics in Central Plaza (Water St.), Fitchburg Place (16 Prichard Street) and the YMCA (55 Wallace Ave.) and Fitchburg State University Recreational Center (130 North Street). FHD has vaccinated over 7500 individuals since January 2021.
